Responsibilities

• Monitor AP emails and print all factory invoices and statements
• code D/S invoices with order number and tracking
• Monitor APRNB files and keep updated
• Enter invoices
• File all invoices
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Reconcile invoices and payments
• Vendor payments
• Enter expenses
• Keep accurate records/filing
• Manage vendor calls and emails
• Back up in phones and AR deposit responsibilities
• Monitor open order reports
• Monitor demo equipment
• manage payments via email
• Uploading necessary documents into ERP system
