As a Technology Manager, you will lead multiple technology focused teams. You will be responsible for establishing and executing on the 12-month vision of your assigned teams, delegating tasks and projects, and ensuring timely and successful completion. In addition, you will continuously evaluate team capabilities to ensure we are meeting the long term needs of our user base.
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for developing and executing the 12-month team and department vision.
Responsible for employee actions, including staffing, performance management, and development.
Responsible for creating and fostering cross-team and department relationships and collaborations, including roadblock removal.
Responsible for ensuring assigned team(s) are prepared and capable of delivering on the next 12 months assignments
Responsible for ensuring product(s) meet expected operational standards.
Supervise team, schedules, and assign duties.
Continuously monitor team performance for training and improvement opportunities.
Remain knowledgeable and up to date on trends in the information technology industry.
Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
