Responsibilities: Coordinate trucks delivering and picking up materials.
Ship outbound and receive inbound loads.
Code receivables in SAP system.
Complete transfers from incoming materials properly in system.
Stock checks.
Deliver materials throughout plant as needed upon arrival on dock.
Understand how to read and comprehend PO's and how they affect the operational process.
Communicate professionally and effectively with drivers and all customers, internal and external.
Thorough understanding of BOL's and the effect on organizational success.
Willing to work reasonable overtime as needed.
Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.
Requirements:
Experience in manufacturing warehouse environment.
Attention to detail and able to prioritize quickly, and comfortable making judgement calls.
Office skills such as courteous phone etiquette, Microsoft Office, professional email communications, filing, make labels, etc. (SAP experience preferred).
Ability to safely operate a forklift and assist on the floor when needed.
