Position Title
Tenure-Track Faculty Hire within the Doctor of Marriage and Family Program
Position Profile
The School of Psychology & Marriage and Family Therapy (SoPMFT) at Fuller Theological Seminary invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track appointment as Assistant or Associate Professor of Marriage and Family Therapy. This faculty appointment will be in the Department of Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), which is comprised of MFT programs in Pasadena, California and Phoenix, Arizona, and a hybrid Doctor of Marriage and Family Therapy program (DMFT).
Fuller’s DMFT program is online with an in-person weekend immersive weekend every quarter. The program is designed to provide excellence in training in the Clinician-Consultant Training Model for mental health professionals who are trained to address the needs of individuals, couples, families, and organizations in a variety of clinical and organizational contexts such as churches and non-profit agencies. Primary responsibilities of this position will be to serve as a core faculty member in the DMFT degree program while also maintaining an active research program. This faculty member will teach courses in the DMFT program, advise DMFT students, on their dissertation projects, and meaningfully contribute to the overall development and growth of the program. Courses will be taught online and faculty members are required to attend the quarterly, in-person weekends on one of the three Fuller campuses.

Pay Scale
Salary range the seminary expects to pay: $69,000 - $85,000 annually USD
