FULL-TIME HOURLY: These employees work from 30 to 40 hours each week and are paid on an hourly basis. They are eligible for the same benefits as salaried employees and paid time off is paid at 8 hours per day.

JOB SUMMARY:

Establishes, retains and deepens relationships with current and potential bank customers to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service from both the Teller and desk side. Serves as banking center leader in absence of banking center Manager / Officer.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

* High School diploma or GED

* Minimum of two years as a personal banker, combination of two years as a PB / CSR with minimum of one year as a PB, or three years customer service experience with sales experience required.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong organization, time management, follow-up and selling skills.

* Proficient in Word and Excel.

* Ability to lead others in sales and service.

* Completion of teller training is required for this position.

* Insurance license in Life and Annuities required with recorded sales.

* Strong contributor in integration income.

* Experienced working knowledge of Appro application, contract preparation closing and funding processes.

* Working knowledge of Capital Stream processes.

* Employees who do not have a current Product Knowledge score of 85% must pass the Product Knowledge Exam before being allowed to interview.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provides broad base of financial and credit services with the goal of acquiring all of the existing or potential customer’s business.

2. Functions as a sales team leader within the banking center, selling bank services to existing and potential customers, referring customers and potential customer to Integration Team members as appropriate, and promoting and encouraging teller referrals and sales. Develops and maintains relationships with Central Bank business partners (Commercial Lending, Mortgage Lending, Wealth Management, CIC, and CIS) to maximize these opportunities.

3. Works closely with management to identify potential sales opportunities and assists with business development activities including the On Boarding process. Uses profiling analysis tool to identify cross-sale opportunities and makes outbound telephone calls in order to satisfy customer needs and complete onboarding activities.

4. Opens and closes all types of accounts, providing accurate documentation to the appropriate departments.

5. Takes and submits consumer credit applications, gathers required closing documentation, prepares closing documents, closes and funds consumer loans and submits closing packages for processing all within the current Centralized Underwriting process.

6. Takes and submits small business and corporate credit card applications in Capital Stream.

7. Answers incoming telephone calls, greets customers, maintains records, compiles and prepares administrative reports, assist manager/officer with audits, teller over / short reports and monthly reporting functions .

8. Assists in the process of consumer loans to include: taking and processing application, preparing loan forms, initial credit recommendations, approval of loans upon Board approval, and verifying accuracy of loan documents. Assists in the process of commercial lending by inputting loans in Capital Stream.

9. Complies with job related laws, regulations and bank policies, including red flag, BSA, CIP and Due Diligence.

10. Rents and releases storage boxes, maintains vault entry log, audits lease agreements and entry cards and insures customers are billed annually. As needed, processes drilling records per bank guidelines.

11. Generates account maintenance (title changes, address changes, stop payments, etc.) of any Central Bank account as requested by customers.

12. Opens and closes banking center in a safe and secure manner.

13. Serves as a trainer for new personal bankers and customer service representatives.

14. Serves as lead person in the banking center while management is on calls, on extended outages such as vacations etc. .

15. Assists in leading the Banking Center Sales and Service meetings and reports occasionally on sales activities on weekly sales calls in absence of management.

16. Performs Teller and Cash Vault Teller duties as needed. May also perform full CVT duties depending on branch cash demands and technology utilized at the banking center (for example, cash recyclers.)

17. Assists management with other tasks when assigned.

18. Must score at least 85% on Product Knowledge test annually; if applicant does not have a current score they must take and pass the Product Knowledge Exam within 90 days of starting the position.

19. Performs other duties as assigned.
