Must be able to perform proper "crosscut" on tender with minimal meat left on frame at desired line speed.
The Tender Scorer will use a double-bladed knife to cut along the pulley bone and shell to separate the tender. The cutting process begins at the top of the shell and is finished at the bottom of the tender. The tender is not completely separated from the shell; it still has to be pulled off to complete the separation.
The Tender Cutter must make one cut for each shell on the cone line. And any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements :
