We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.
Job Responsibilities
Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Matching invoices to purchase orders or vouchers.
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
Performing data entry.
Research and reconcile purchase orders, invoices, or payment related issues or discrepancies.
Support the accounting department with a variety of different tasks
Job Requirements, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) suite and accounts payable software.
Must be driven, self-motivated, hardworking, and reliable.
Familiarity with accounts payable processes.
Organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to effectively time manage and prioritize competing tasks or deadlines.
$22-28 per hour DOE
