What You'll Do



  • Collaborate with project leads and client stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables, and set and manage expectations

  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Power Platform capabilities within clients' technology landscape

  • Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end-states

  • Oversee and be accountable for the delivery of multiple work streams; leading architects on the ground in their day-to-day work but also willing to roll up his/her sleeves and be hands-on in solution design

  • Perform code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed

  • Manage integration and data migration efforts

  • Identify opportunities for growth and maturation of Power Platform offerings

  • Maintain awareness of industry best practices and business levers for cloud offerings and understand how Slalom practice areas interact


What You'll Bring



  • Expert-level experience with the Power Platform, including Power Pages

  • Expert-level technical understanding of the Power Platform [and demonstrated experience with the platform architecture

  • Experience guiding clients in their overall technology strategy in order to achieve their business objectives

  • Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices

  • Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture

  • Understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies (DevOps)

  • Experience with platform security capabilities

  • Knowledge of entity-oriented analysis and design and database design

Compensation and Benefits



Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $120,000 to $186,000 and the targeted base salary range is $135,000 to $153,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
