Scope of Position:

Perform a wide variety of engineering functions to improve the efficiency of manufacturing throughout the plant.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

List what the person must do to perform the job to meet standards.

• Responsible for methods of manufacturing, cost reductions and machinery specifications


• Over all responsible for environmental and safety compliance in the absence of the EHS Administrator


• Facilities Planning


• Works with production supervisors, engineering personnel, and corporate manufacturing services


• Performs other similar or related duties as required or requested

Position Requirements:

The Manufacturing Engineer must possess the minimum knowledge listed below:

• Degree required in industrial/manufacturing engineering or related field


• Six to eight years of experience in a sheet metal environment


• Must be ambitious


• Must have organizational skills and be detail oriented


• Ability to function under pressure


• Ability to use computer software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook


• Ability to use AutoCAD software


• Must be able to get along with others


• Ability to prioritize


• Must understand company policies
