Job Description:

Overview


Organizes and manages the Company's "bottoms-up" monthly financial forecast, including key operating statistics, income statement, balance sheet and cash flows. Provides linkage to long-term corporate financial plan, capital allocation models and incentive compensation programs. Applies modeling and analytical skills to help management monitor the business.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities




  • Manages and directs FP&A activities and works with CFO on strategic analysis

  • Lead due diligence on corporate acquisitions

  • Reviews, analyzes and consolidates monthly financial forecast as prepared by Regional Accounting Centers.

  • Develops and establishes senior management reporting package containing key performance indicators.

  • Directs the analysis of Hyperion management pack/forecast to identify and correct and questionable assumptions.

  • Creates and updates Hyperion training materials as appropriate.

  • Performs ad-hoc financial modeling and analyses for senior management.

  • Continuously reviews current processes and reports for potential improvements.

  • Manages the development of Hyperion projects.

Education & Experience




  • BBA/BS in Finance/Economics/Accounting

  • 5-10 years prior finance experience

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

  • High level of Excel knowledge

  • Organized and detail oriented to manage the current management pack reporting & budget process as well as the development of new Hyperion projects

  • Flexible to respond to, prioritize, and perform varying tasks as necessary

  • Supervision skills to manage staff, division presidents, RAC CFOs, executive management

  • Strong communication skills

  • Hyperion experience a plus
