Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and practices.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and assess patients' health status and progress.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Adhere to all facility policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Valid RN license in the state of CA.
Proven experience as a Registered Nurse (experience in a post-acute or long-term care setting is a plus).
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
