As a Facilities Administrator you will be:
Key member of an experienced Office Build-up/refresh team that designs, implements, performs infrastructure improvements in office areas, and handles supplier contracts for day-to-day operational support.
This position involves planning and handling a wide range and high volume of small and medium construction projects from start to finish.
You will coordinate and prioritize the implementations of small to medium projects and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have:
MS-Office
Project Costs
Project Forecasting
Without Degree 7 years' relevant work experience OR with bachelor's degree 3 years of relevant work experience OR with master's degree 1 year of relevant work experience
Pay Range: $32.00 to $37.00 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
