Job Title: Marketing Operations Associate, US HOKA

Reports to: Event Manager, HOKA

Location: Goleta, CA or within reasonable driving distance of Goleta, CA (able to commute to Goleta, CA offices 1-2 times per week)

The Role

Under the guidance of the HOKA Operations Manager, this person will be a critical part of the US Marketing Operations Team (MOPS)- supporting US events, marketing footwear and apparel and accessories, promotional items, and pop management. This person will work closely with key stakeholders and cross functional team members to activate marketing strategies at multiple consumer and customer touchpoints. The Marketing Operations Associate is responsible for supporting MOPS and GTM functions- including asset and sample management and distribution; planning and working trade and consumer activations/events; and assisting the Marketing Operations Manager with day-to-day planning and team administrative duties.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

Footwear and apparel/accessory owner for MOPS/GTM- including managing seasonal. forecasting, ordering, distribution and lifecyle. Support MOPS team with planning and execution of Brand Events and Tradeshows. MOPS budget support and invoice management. Support US event calendar planning and own in-season maintenance. Support GTM Marketing projects and programs that MOPS leads.

We'd love to hear from people with


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 2-4 years related marketing experience.

  • Preferred experience in event planning, marketing, and execution

  • Preferred experience and/or interest in running, fitness, or the outdoor industries

  • Footwear and/or retail experience a plus

$27 - 30/hour

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
