Job Title: IC Associate
Reports to: Department Supervisor
Location: Mooresville, IN

The Role

Responsible for performing cycle counts, & quality audits according to quarterly required request. Verify product through the RF scanner. Identify and research product through HighJump.

Organize cycle counts in the Deckers Apps. Perform product counts using the cycle count module. Perform inventory issue research using HighJump, Deckers Apps & and Deckers Portal Reports. Reporting any discrepancies back to the Inventory Control Supervisor. Perform audits in order to ensure pick, pack, and ship is within accuracy range. Perform audits of receipts to ensure proper handling, QA, & documentation generate reports.

Your Impact
Identify and resolve inventory issues & daily/weekly activities with the support of your Inventory Control Supervisor.

Who You Are

  • Highly motivated, a team-player, and self-starter

We'd love to hear from people with


  • QA/IC experience in a Distribution Center environment preferred.

  • Knowledge of WMS system a plus

  • Awareness of Inventory Control conventions

  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel)

  • Ability to operate industrial equipment (OP)

  • Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

  • Highly motivated, a team player and motivated self-starter

  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

  • Math skills required; ability to add, subtract.
