Imperative Chemical Partners has an immediate opening for a Billing Supervisor in Midland, Texas. If you are interested in joining a growing company with a proven track record of success, this is your opportunity.

SUMMARY:

Responsible for managing billing staff of 10+ by providing guidance, coordinating tasks, troubleshooting obstacles, and monitoring processes to ensure that invoicing is done accurately and timely. This position requires confidentiality, diplomacy and professionalism due to interaction with high-level individuals and customers outside of the Company. The position also requires interaction with many departments within the Company to ensure that customer and other billing information is kept up to date, to address problems that may affect other departments, as well as to provide information needed to support customer relationships. This position will also be responsible for performing office tasks such as generating invoices, maintaining records and other similar duties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess great verbal and written communication skills


• Be detail oriented and organized


• Lead the billing team to meet deadlines and produce accurate invoices


• Train and mentor billing staff 


• Be proactive in improving processes


• Enforce organizational and departmental policies and procedures


• Provide requested information to other departments on a timely basis


• Be responsive to the needs of customers 


• Ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate processing in a fast-paced environment


• Have great teambuilding and leadership skills

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE:

• High School diploma or GED required, 4-year Bachelor preferred or equivalent of management experience in the Oil and Gas industry


• Proficient in Excel, knowledge of QuickBooks, Openlnvoice and Cortex a plus
