As an e-Commerce Category Analyst, you’ll be the channel expert responsible for influencing and delivering a digital first merchandising strategy in support of the category lead senior manager. You will work in direct partnership with the category lead senior manager, merchandising & demand planning analysts, and digital content team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and financial results.
What you’ll do
Prioritize and lead the delivery of event, promotional, and experience-based site content to bring a category to life online.
Proof and approve site experiences including optimizing traffic and conversion performance and identify opportunities.
Proactively evaluate and optimize product content opportunities in collaboration with internal partners and vendors.
Provide site performance insights to internal and external partners to identify actionable tactics for enhancing the customer experience, including recommendations of assortment, pricing, and fulfillment strategy.
Work in partnership with internal partners & leaders to test and deploy site features relevant to a category.
This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non- Best Buy location. Basic qualifications
Basic data proficiency with an eye toward problem solving and optimization
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and highly organized
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
