Job Description:

Corporate Finance Trainer
Responsible for training the equipment sales team about our extended warranty and maintenance plans.
Job Duties:
Tracks and manages the warranty and maintenance training plan for the sales team.
Teach the sales team about our warranty, maintenance programs and aftermarket products.
Work directly with sales teams to train on and give best practices on how to sell and recommend financing options, extended warranties, equipment insurance and other aftermarket products.
Teach and ensure compliance adherence by following all local, state and federal regulations.
Responsible for month-end reporting and processing of claims, contracts and general financials.

Job Requirements:
Strong mathematical and finance skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex programs to sales team
Knowledge of financial compliance requirements
Analytical and problem-solving skills to help sales team understand strategies to that fits their customers financial situation
Advanced negotiation skills to help customers understand the benefit and program information
Strong sales and closing skills to boost sales for the dealership
Automobile F&I experience and knowledge helpful
Leadership or training skills to educate the sales staff on the available programs
