What You’ll Do:

• Assigned a daily pipeline of loans.




• Ensures all loans in assigned pipeline must be disbursed by the disbursement date.




• For each loan, reaches out to title company to ask for all funding docs required by funding conditions.




• Reviews all required documents, as compared to document list.




• Ensures all documents are signed and dated appropriately.




• Follows up to capture missing docs from title company, Loan Officer, or other internal department




• Issues a funding number to title company once all docs received.




• Enters funding number into system and a funds released date.




• Uploads funding documents into Encompass.

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Funder.




• Experience with Encompass




• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, possessing excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication (both written and oral), and telephone etiquette skills.




• Work well in a team-oriented environment managing multiple priorities.




• Organized individual with excellent decision making, analytical, problem solving and presentation skills.
