The Receptionist will be the main point of contact with external vendors, suppliers, and customers; assuring that our safety and visitor protocols are followed each time to maintain a safe working environment.
What the Candidate Will Do
Greet all guests and callers in a professional and courteous manner ensuring that the initial impression is pleasant and in accordance with our core values.
Ensure the quality of internal customer services offered, in addition to a maintaining acceptable response time
Participate in the shipping and receiving for the Rogers Center of Excellence, including signing for all special deliveries, including checks, as well as USPS, FedEx and UPS.
Transfer callers to the appropriate resource to ensure customer satisfaction
Perform office administrative responsibilities
Perform data entry and scanning
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
1-2 Years office, receptionist and/or customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in customer service and administrative processes
Knowledge of Microsoft Tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
High level of professionalism and courtesy
Great attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
