Account Executive (HVAC) DIRECT HIRE $70K-$100K Canton, MA
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Summary:
The Account Executive will be responsible for generating sales through various channels. They will collaborate with assigned HVAC Technicians to price pull-through work and send quotes to customers. They will respond to customer requests for quotes to replace or upgrade equipment in their facilities and identify, develop, and sell Preventive Maintenance agreements, providing core business for DMS and the sales executive. They will follow up on all quoted projects and work with customers to maintain relationships, generate repeat business, and renew PMAs.
Duties:
Quote projects identified and developed by assigned field personnel.
Quote pull through work identified by field personnel.
Identify new customers for quoted projects and PMA's.
Enter quotes in Sage with accurate estimates.
Enter Preventive Maintenance Agreement contracts in Sage.
Convert quotes to projects when approved by customers.
Issue purchase orders for all materials required for projects sold.
Issue subcontracts required for projects sold.
Work closely daily with Service Manager to track parts for projects.
Work closely daily with Coordinators.
Coordinate with Permit Coordinator as needed.
Work with Service Manager to help resolve customer disputes.
Skills and Qualifications:
Min 5 years' experience in HVACR installations
Min 5 years' experience in HVACR sales and estimating.
Knowledgeable in all HVACR systems
Required Computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple appointments.
