Purpose Statement

The Administrative Coordinator facilitates seamless administrative operations and optimizes organizational efficiency by providing support to senior leaders, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating operational logistics, and ensuring exceptional visitor experience at our World Headquarters.


Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

* Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to multiple senior-level leaders in our newly formed Culture and Communications Center of Excellence, which includes Communications, Putting People First, Community Engagement, Agile, and Facilities, by coordinating meetings, processing expense reports, making travel arrangements, handling legal requests, and completing general office tasks.

* Financial management, including invoice processing, check requests, vendor setup, and resolution of payment issues and discrepancies.

* Manages our World Headquarters (WHQ) visitor experience, overseeing event planning process, coordinating room calendars, handling meeting requests, and ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and hospitality services for both customer and community events.

* Supports ongoing community efforts including handling of in-kind product donations.

* Assists with internal special event organization and campaign logistics, including administrative tasks, inventory management, venue/vendor relations and responding to associate inquiries.

* Supports communications to the WHQ campus including announcements and general updates.


Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

* Microsoft Office 365 proficient (i.e. use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.) Experience utilizing AI a plus.

* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

* Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.

* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

* Experience in coordinating meetings, events, or projects, including logistics and scheduling.

* Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with expense reporting or financial management systems is preferred.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.

COMPENSATION


In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.



Annual Range/Hourly Rate


$52,870.00-$71,530.00
