Job Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Use therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient mobility and strength
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
Qualifications:
Valid Physical Therapist license
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
