You will:



  • Draft responses and track filings in government matters (e.g. EEOC, OFCCP, etc.)

  • Assist with the factual development and analysis of cases, including talking with the relevant business people, gathering and reviewing documents, and creating timelines.

  • Coordinate document production and draft correspondence and subpoena responses

  • Provide caseload management including calendaring of case deadlines, coordinating deposition processes and interviews.

  • Interface with employees at all levels as well as various third parties, including outside counsel, vendors, and customers

  • Manage the docketing and record-keeping functions as well as contribute to developing processes, procedures and controls around information and knowledge management

  • Research and analyze information.

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


You have:



  • College Degree, or equivalent work experience in related job function

  • Typically 5+ years of experience in related job function

  • May require professional certification
