This position is responsible for the safety, professionalism, disposition, communication, leadership, quality, and cost effectiveness of the Receiving Department.

Responsible for the efficient operation of the department within standards of productivity, labor, and raw materials
Oversee floor production within established quality specifications
Provides floor oversight for safety of all department employees including safety requirements and prevention, completing audits, and corrective action.
Ensures training for self and others is planned and goals are met.
Provides feedback on the performance of employees in the Receiving area. Coaches and counsels employees in order to correct problems in improving performance and acknowledging positive results
