Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

o Provides thorough assessment of child and family functioning within the school setting, collects initial paperwork, and documents all interventions accurately and in a timely manner using ECH electronic medical record. Collects identified outcome information.

o Accurately collects information to inform billing and service delivery within established timeframes.

o Provides trauma-informed and evidence based psychoeducational and support groups within a school or other community-based location.

o Responsible for being trauma aware, sensitive, and responsive to youth, families, and colleagues through the completion of new hire and annual trauma-informed education and training.

o Facilitates effective communication with families and community stakeholders. Collaborates with the Director of Community Based Clinical Services, to meet the needs of the community, including tailoring groups to meet identified needs within the communities served.

o Connects clients and families with other community resources to ensure continuity of care for the families served.

o Possesses reliable transportation and ability to travel to locations within assigned region or county. Will require evening availability to facilitate groups after school or work hours.

o Attends all required meetings and trainings and participate in regular supervision.
