WHAT YOU'LL DO


In the Sr Analyst eCommerce Performance role you will optimize the performance of our eCommerce channels by analyzing and interpreting data related to website traffic, customer behavior, and sales trends. You will be responsible for assessing eCommerce strategies and campaigns, and you will work closely with different teams to optimize content and drive revenue.


WHERE YOU’LL WORK


This position will work a hybrid schedule from our Burlington, MA office location preferred. Remote will be considered within the United States.


HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME



  • Analyze and assess the effectiveness of eCommerce sites and marketing campaigns across channels using reports and data provided by the marketing analytics team.

  • Provide regular reporting and insights on eCommerce performance vs. goals to stakeholders, including senior management. Assist in developing billings forecast.

  • Optimize eCommerce customer journeys to improve user experience and satisfaction and deliver on goals. Use website analytics to identify buyer personas and partners with Marketing Operations to implement A/B testing.

  • Partner with the Email, Channel, and Product marketing teams to continuously improve eCommerce engagement, acquisition, renewal and retention efforts.

  • Work closely with Product and SEO teams to optimize the content on product pages to increase ranking, conversions, and revenue.

  • Provide pricing recommendations based on product performance and competitive analysis.

  • Keep abreast of eCommerce technologies and best practices that would enhance performance. Partner with marketing and sales operations to assess value and feasibility. Provide requirements based on user behavior, analytics and internal stakeholder feedback.

  • Stay informed about technology industry developments, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform demand generation strategies.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED



  • Minimum 6+ years of work experience in roles managing eCommerce responsibilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent experience required.

  • High proficiency in eCommerce platform (Magento preferred), Google Analytics, usability and A/B testing tools.

  • Strong understanding of the digital customer experience and eagerness to leverage innovative and disruptive thinking to enhance eCommerce performance.

  • Excellent analytical skills. Ability to synthesize diverse data sets into actionable insights to drive business decisions.

  • Thrives in high accountability environments where marketing contributes to and is charged with driving growth.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Adept at distilling complex information into actionable insights and tailoring communications to various audiences.

  • Self-starter and curious mindset powered by a can-do attitude.

  • Talented at managing multiple projects with a relentless eye towards prioritization and impact.
