Position Summary

Thales requires a Vault Associate (2nd Shift) to provide ongoing inspection and quality control to ensure client product accuracy.  In addition, as a Vault Associate, you will maintain the integrity of the vault contents while maintaining the workflow from the Vault to Production, Product Fulfillment and Product Delivery departments.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Pull, count and ready cards for Production using Production pull sheets


• Perform mid-day ‘rushes’


• Pull and count cards for daily shipment for CSR requests


• Verify JAAMS lot numbers when moving back stock to front stock


• Update JAAMS system when moving stock


• Inspect open card trays for neatness and tape any back stock, labeling all taped trays with count (if less than 500) and client’s name

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma  


• 1-3 years of inventory experience


• Forwarding thinking, strong numerical and problem solving skills
