Job Description:

The Junior Marketing Coordinator possesses superior written and oral communication skills, along with strong attention to detail. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to quickly learn new and unfamiliar concepts and tasks. They must be comfortable meeting strict deadlines and managing competing priorities. The ability to build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships and interact professionally and comfortably with a variety of personalities and communication styles is also key to this position. The ideal candidate should possess negotiation skills, creative "out of the box" thinking and a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities:

The Junior Coordinator will assist with a wide variety of Marketing endeavors, to support the market specialist, coordinators, senior coordinators or other members of the Marketing team. These assignments could include but are not limited to:


    • Assisting in the development of RFP/RFQ documents
    • Creating and maintaining pursuit outlines
    • Participating in kickoff meetings
    • Managing content from sources both in and outside of Marketing
    • Working with Marketing personnel to assemble materials for external client presentations and interviews
    • Preparation of non-pursuit related materials including brochures and prequalification packages
    • Implementing pursuit closeout procedures which may require documentation and coordination with the practice side
    • Supporting multi-market initiatives working under the general guidance of senior team members
    • Working with the Knowledge Manager to support the integrity of data through Vantagepoint

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of one to two years of related experience. Working within the A/E industry is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, MS Office Suite and Adobe CS is preferred.
