Your role:
You will d efine and operationalize strategies to define product coverage, pricing, and service levels for key customer segments.
You will create plans across the Laboratory Solutions portfolio specific to grow share of wallet in specific customer segments.
You will collaborate with Marketing Operations teams to create innovative campaigns to support the segment-based value offers and drive the desired target audience buying behaviors
You will work closely with North America Laboratory Solutions Marketing and Sales teams to achieve targeted KPIs and deploy strategies in the distribution and national reference lab segment
You will define segment opportunities, business case, customer personas, and customer requirements necessary to meet market demand and adoption.
Your expertise:
Minimum BA/BS degree with emphasis in marketing and/or commercial execution excellence; MBA or MS preferred
Results oriented; ability to design scalable solutions to address business questions and/or challenges; self-motivated and organized to successfully complete high-quality work projects on time; attentive to detail
Ability to lead and effectively collaborate across multiple marketing and sales organizations to build consensus and achieve business results
Strong analytical skills, with proven track record of creativity in problem solving and customer needs resolution
Expert knowledge of the laboratory solutions and how they are utilized by distributors and national reference laboratories, with 5+ years of relevant marketing experience
Ability to travel (25%), as needed

The pay range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed. The annual incentive target is (15%) of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
