LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking a MD 3rd Class Operating Engineer to support its contract to provide facility operations and maintenance located at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, Glenn Dale, MD. Working Days/Hours: Monday through Friday / 7:00am-4:00pm.
Qualified candidates must possess and maintain a required MD 3rd Class Stationary Engineer License.
Must have a minimum of six (6) years of experience and working knowledge of Central Plant Equipment (chillers, boilers, pumps, heat exchangers), HVAC systems, building automation systems and facility maintenance.
Must be competent to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial mechanical systems.
Education: High School Diploma / G.E.D equivalent required.
