This position operates on a day shift, Monday through Friday, allowing you to make the most of your weekends! Each shift is 10 hours.
Essential Duties:
Build and assign outbound loads and trucks to operators using WMS
Print BOL for drivers
Report lost sales by buyer to documents/spreadsheets.
Track, document and report daily sales to spreadsheet.
Complete purchase orders and track daily purchasing into spreadsheet.
Receive product and enter into inventory management system
Pull yields when necessary to ensure proper inventory board reductions.
Request and track invoices from carriers.
Enter, process, follow up and complete all payments and checks for late fees and rescheduling fees.
Maintain inbound and outbound loads
Maintain carrier contact and product information including following up on late appointments and making up outbound orders.
Request and track feed documents from carriers.
Maintain filing system (electronic and hard copies) for operational documents
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
HS diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree a plus.
2+ years' experience in an administrative or operations support role
Excellent communication skills including ability to effectively communicate with associates and drivers in English
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Email)
Demonstrated advanced expertise in Excel
Basic math skills
Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which are subject to weekends, and holidays.
