Perform monthly scheduling activities for the West Region, including refineries, terminals, storage, and gas plants.
Direct the functions related to the accurate and timely nominations of product
Execute both timely and accurate distributions of all tickets.
Monitor and communicate refinery information and supply changes to internal and external customers.
Serve as liaison between operations and customers to coordinate truck and rail movements.
Assist customers, measurement, and accounting in resolving invoicing and other volume-related issues that may arise.
Provide internal stakeholders and external customers with information regarding maintenance, down time, or other necessary data for planning receipts, deliveries
Recommend improvements in methods and procedures used to accomplish scheduling coordination with all involved parties
Develop strong, positive relationships with customer contacts to establish the company as the preferred service provider
Through customer contact, recognize and communicate commercial opportunities to commercial team and/or business development personnel
Maintain administrative reports for management of the NGL commercial business via open position/inventory schedules, customer nomination changes, historical volume movements and other schedules as required
Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Interpersonal communication skills are required to interface with all affected teams, personnel, and vendors; able to work in a self-directed work team with minimum supervision
Must be proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office software modules, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and others
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
Regular and reliable attendance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3-5 years of NGL scheduling experience
Bachelor’s degree with an exception for industry experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Motivated individual capable of working independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail with ability to consistently provide accurate and timely work
Effective communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments and completing deadlines
Right Angle Experience
ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE:
The anticipated salary range is $80,000 - $120,000. All applicants authorize Targa to contact the references identified by the applicant. Applicant acknowledges any future employment is on an at-will basis.
