As a Receptionist you will:
Answering Phones: Professionally handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take messages.
Filing: Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
Office Supplies: Monitor inventory and restock office supplies as needed.
Shipping Labels and Packing Slips: Assist with processing shipments.
General Administrative Tasks: Be flexible and proactive in handling other administrative duties that arise.
This is a Full Time 1st Shift Opportunity
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Friendly demeanor and a customer-focused attitude.
Pay Rate: $17-20/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
