The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Central Fund Transfer Business Support Lead with an enterprise wide focus. This will include providing strategic direction and guidance on the implementation of key fund transfer related initiatives enterprise wide and for oversight of funds transfer risk and implementing risk reduction initiatives consistently across the enterprise. Collaboration across initiatives such as Global Delivery Simplification and other Transformation initiatives will be critical in driving the implementation of the long term strategy within Global Delivery and across the enterprise.
What you will be responsible for
Reporting to the Business Support Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for risk remediation and reduction, providing operational guidance and providing oversight, reporting and escalations of fund transfer related matters enterprise wide.
This will include:

Supporting Funds Transfer Central Tam to drive risk reduction, remediation and reporting including:
Recommend changes to FTTOP Policy and Standards & drive execution of approved changes
Facilitate engagement with leads of other strategic initiatives aligned to Funds Transfer
Create & manage change management protocol for funds transfer
Drive gathering of metrics and automation of reporting and risk analysis
Support the development and implementation of technology or IT related to support effective and efficient management of funds transfer risk including:
Drive roll out plan for central repository for all fund transfer documentation
Identify opportunities to utilize AI and robotics to automate processes such as self-authentication for 'manual' instructions.
Review assessments of transmission methods including annual and annual re-certification of existing methods
Evaluate applications in current BPMs and propose simplification/rationalization (taking into consideration current and proposed technology initiatives)
Provide support to business to ensure effective and efficient management of funds transfer risk globally including:
Develop and publish guidance documentation, templates and standard documentation
Manage & advise on FTTOP email queries & escalations
Facilitate FTTOP practitioners' meeting series
Develop and deliver training program
Drive and maintain risk assessment data.
Develop, maintain and execute communication strategy and maintain dedicated SharePoint site
Track and report progress of risk reduction & remediation plans
What we value

Experience in financial services operations / back-office fund transfer/payment processing. Working knowledge of FTTOP Policy and Standards a plus.
Experience on operational transformation initiatives
Experience with Microsoft Power BI a plus
Experience with Project Management a plus
Education & Preferred Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in information technology/Management or Business is required.
A minimum of 10+ years operations experience.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $142,500 Annual
