We are searching for a detail-oriented and results-driven leader to oversee a team in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for ensuring procedures are followed, schedules are met, and high-quality products are produced efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Availability to work on 3rd Shift (12:00AM-08:30AM), Flexibility to occasionally cover 2nd shift.
Implement and maintain departmental procedures.
Create and manage production schedules.
Analyze situations and provide solutions to optimize operations.
Maintain accurate records and reports.
Delegate tasks and ensure adherence to company policies.
Train new and existing employees.
Address performance issues and take appropriate actions.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior leadership experience a plus.
Strong attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a team.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work long hours, including weekends and overtime.
Must meet physical requirements for the role (standing, lifting, etc.).
