JOB SUMMARY
The Winery Operations Coordinator is responsible to plan, prioritize, and schedule execution of strategic and day to day cellar workflow, ensuring winemaking protocols and production needs are achieved.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Working in conjunction with Winemaking/Operations, coordinate all Cellar Operations priorities and workflow, ensuring Winemaking standards and production deadlines are met.
Generate, prioritize, and validate all Work Orders which includes developing, communicating, and distributing processing plan to Cellar Operations
Coordinate with Cellar Supervisor to ensure all workflow and wine process objectives are met.
Play active role in winery grape intake.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing wine, HP, additives, and supplies.
Work directly with Operations Director and Winemaking on day-to-day program and equipment management.
Review harvest related templates, partner with winemaking to generate harvest related Work Orders.
Partner with winemaking to ensure wines are maintained within quality parameters to help ensure wines are analytically in spec to meet shipping schedule.
Support continual improvement in all areas, including process quality, OEE, and fiscal responsibility.
Support continual improvement in all areas, including process quality, equipment efficiency, and fiscal responsibility.
Support KPI’s for Cellar Operations; interpret and communicate data, lead team in continual improvement.
Maximize plant capacity utilization in all areas, including cooperage management, equipment, and processing.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18 years or older at time of hire.
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office preferred.
Ability to multi-task, work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Provide good verbal and written communications to all levels of management, both internally and externally.
Strong business acumen and fiscal responsibility.
Demonstrated understanding of process flows.
Demonstrated reliability and punctuality, work effectively in team/crew environment, adherence to all safety regulations and operating procedures.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Primary work activities are within an office environment.
Occasional exposure to noise, heat, cold, odor.
COMPENSATION
Hiring Salary Range Posted: $66,560 - $88,800
Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience; skills, knowledge, and abilities; education; and other position related factors.
