Overview
As an Escort, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safe and secure movement of individuals within a designated area. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment by providing escort services to authorized personnel and guests. This position requires a keen sense of awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to potential security threats.
Responsibilities
Escort Services: Safely escort individuals, including employees, visitors, and Sub Contractors performing IDIQ jobs , within the premises, ensuring they reach their destination without any security concerns.
Vigilance: Maintain a high level of alertness and vigilance to identify and assess potential security risks. Report any suspicious activities or incidents promptly to the security team.
Communication: Effectively communicate with security personnel, providing updates on movement and potential security issues. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a coordinated and efficient security operation.
Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergency situations and assist in the implementation of emergency protocols. This may include guiding individuals to safety or providing support during evacuations.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all individuals under escort, addressing their inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of escorted individuals, noting time of departure, destination, and time of arrival. Ensure that all relevant information is properly documented and reported.
Equipment Management: Responsible for the proper handling and care of security equipment, including communication devices and identification badges. Report any equipment malfunctions promptly.
Policy Compliance: Adhere to and enforce security policies and procedures, ensuring that all activities are in line with the organization's security standards.
