Job Description Summary

Cross functional position with emphasis on high level customer service in a large corporate environment for a global client. Communication, troubleshooting skills, professionalism, and ability to adapt to change are essential. Position will require frequent interaction and collaboration with executive administrative assistants. Sort by station and deliver all incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and copy projects. Receive and deliver all incoming packages (i.e. FedEx, UPS, Airborne, USPS, etc). Proper procedures will be set and updated, when necessary, and adhered to at all times.

Receive and deliver all incoming packages (i.e. FedEx, UPS, Airborne, USPS, etc) . Proper procedures will be set and updated, when necessary, and adhered to at all times.



Responsibilities


  • Delivery and pick up and processing of all mail and packages, and faxes throughout floors to and from Office Services.

  • Assistance with large volume mailing and shipping projects as requested

  • Help keep inventory of all supplies in mail areas. This includes FedEx shipping supplies, client branded letter head, postage stamps, and basic office supplies, boxes, etc.

  • Assist and notify end users of mail and shipping procedures (i.e. bulk mailings, international shipping, etc.).


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid driver's license

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

  • Copier/fax/FedEx/postage machine knowledge

  • Basic computer skills

  • Utilization of various software systems to manage service requests, and mail delivery

  • Ability to handle/prioritize multiple tasks

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Outstanding punctuality/attendance record

  • Excellent driving record
