Your role:
You will be responsible for creating a vision aligned with site leader expectations and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across all aspects of our site operations.
You will lead a team of managers, engineers and quality control professionals dedicated to maintaining quality assurance processes, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of quality excellence within the organization.
As a member of the site leadership team, your role will be pivotal in upholding regulatory requirements, meeting internal and external customer expectations, leading regulatory inspections and audits, and driving operational efficiency.
You will be an agent of change, with strong leadership capabilities who is expected to drive new innovations into achieving improved quality processes and tools
You will provide leadership and guidance to the quality team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting professional development opportunities.
Your expertise:
Proven experience in a senior quality management or manufacturing role within a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceuticals, medical devices). Diagnostics experience, preferred.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Digitalization and data analytics experience is a plus.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Certification in quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt) is a plus.
