HOW YOU WILL SOAR:

The Implementation Manager adds customer value by completing plan setup in administrative systems in a timely and accurate manner, leading Implementation calls with clients and brokers, and serving as a liaison between Clients, Brokers, Growth Team, and Operations to ensure a successful onboarding experience.


  • Specializing in Consumer Directed Benefits and Specialty Implementation
  • Assists with systems Implementation
  • Cross train in on other product lines including COBRA and Direct Bill
  • Lead and manage client Implementation for new clients and plans; lead calls and maintain communication cross departmentally and with clients and partners
  • Manage and monitor Implementation cases
  • Perform Quality Assurance checks and systems audits
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, Growth Team and services teams regarding new client plans and changes in existing plans, including, but not limited to Client Updates, IRS regulations and BRI standard operating procedures
  • Prepare and update customized materials, as needed. Provide all materials related to implementation of new plans and changes in existing plans to sales, clients, and other staff members in a timely manner to ensure successful implementation
  • Set up internal systems based on operating procedure
  • Respond accurately and courteously to inquiries from clients, Growth Team, partners and other team members regarding new plan implementation and changes in existing plans. Research and resolve issues.
  • Assist Client Services Team and Growth Team with escalated items
  • Participate in conference calls and email communication with clients, partners, and Growth Team members to help answer implementation questions and assist with complex plan designs
  • Maintain knowledge of current state and federal laws and regulations affecting employee benefits, including, but not limited to, Section 132, Section 125, Section 105, and Section 223 Plans, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA and COBRA
  • Perform a variety of miscellaneous administrative and job-related duties and/or research as requested to support operations and or achieve business goals and objectives including, but not limited to, scheduling conference calls, maintaining an updated calendar, and ensuring timely responses to a variety of routine inquiries

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

  • Associate's Degree or related field experience
  • 3-5 years of applicable experience
  • Knowledge of compliance issues and IRS regulations as they pertain to benefits-Section 125, 105, 132, 223 Plans, COBRA, HIPAA, 5500s, EEO and FMLA
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
  • Computer proficiency including word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, and generating reports using standard software applications
  • Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner when dealing with employees and clients with a positive customer service presence
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and details simultaneously
  • Ability to calculate numbers, create spreadsheets, correct entries, and post to records
  • Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Ability to perform is a fast paced and agile environment
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
  • Excellent attention to detail
