Job Summary

The Manager, Organizational Effectiveness is responsible for the successful implementation of new and ongoing global performance management, organizational design, and organizational effectiveness projects and initiatives. Reporting to the Director, Organizational Development, this role partners with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on annual talent programs, job reviews, assessments and selections processes, and other talent programs to achieve GPC strategic talent objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the implementation and enhancement of global performance management and organizational effectiveness processes.
  • Oversee and lead team focused on delivering short- and long-term organizational effectiveness initiatives (performance management, organizational design, assessments, job analysis).
  • Utilized strong relationship and interpersonal skills to partner with global colleagues and create one best way forward; ability to negotiate and persuade senior leaders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with talent stakeholders to understand needs; adjust objectives and scopes as needed to ensure shared success and meet Global Talent needs.
  • Implement and improve talent and organizational design process and programs including, but not limited to performance management, job analysis and job profile reviews.
  • As a subject matter expert, partner with Talent Development team to provide impactful business facing resources across for all relevant programs and initiatives across global business units.
  • In partnership with Director, contribute to the development of the larger Organizational Effectiveness strategy and review initiatives for alignment.
  • Leverage HR Analytics team to provide data-based talent insights to Talent Management leaders on organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Effectively manage vendors to ensure strong partnerships that result in successful strategic and operational outcomes.
  • Act as conduit across talent management functions to streamline outbound talent communications.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to ensure effective outbound communication of HR items to field and global teams.
  • Stay up to date on best practices in organizational effectiveness and continually evaluate current state with best practices; provide recommendations and solutions to leaders related to ongoing projects as needed.
  • Support Talent Management team with organizational surveys initiatives and processes.
  • Partner with Global Workday team to leverage HCM best practices for performance process.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in talent management, organizational development, performance management, and human resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated expertise in performance management and organizational effectiveness.
  • Clear experience executing enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Strong attention to detail and learning agility.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Management, or related experience.
  • 8-10 years' experience
  • Workday HCM experience.
