This position is to trim breast meat using a knife or scissors removing any bones maximizing debone yield and minimizing bones per thousand. Trimming breast meat using knives or scissors. Standing, bending, stretching, pulling, and reaching are required.
These positions work in a cool/cold environment, and these areas may have slippery walking surfaces.
Requirements :
