We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Product Owner to take charge of our ERP systems. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our ERP solutions, ensuring they are optimized for efficiency and aligned with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ERP systems, a strategic mindset for identifying enhancements, and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Ownership of ERP Systems: Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to our ERP systems. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the system's capabilities and how it supports our business processes.
Solution Optimization: Analyze the current state of the ERP systems and identify areas for improvement. Propose and implement enhancements to increase efficiency, streamline processes, and support business growth.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into actionable ERP system enhancements.
Development Collaboration: Partner with developers to build out requests and ensure that solutions are technically feasible and aligned with business goals. Provide clear and detailed specifications for development work.
Project Management: Lead ERP-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize the effectiveness of the ERP system. Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP system configurations, changes, and processes. Ensure that all enhancements are well-documented for future reference.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in ERP system management.
Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their application in business processes.
Proven ability to analyze complex systems and propose strategic enhancements.
Excellent project management skills, with experience in leading projects and meeting deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities.
