Respond to calls and emails, answer questions, and schedule appointments
Answer high-volume incoming phone calls
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Oversee shipping of supplies
Provide administrative and data entry support
Support additional projects as needed
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
2+ years of administrative assistant or front desk experience
Intermediate proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel
Immediate availability for a one-week temporary assignment with a potential for extension
