Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the accounts receivable team to ensure flawless and timely collection of customer payments
Oversee the credit and collections process, strictly adhering to company policies and procedures
Determine and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize bad debt losses
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes
Provide regular reporting and analysis on accounts receivable performance to senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5 years of proven experience in accounts receivable management, preferably in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
