This position is site based at our Allentown, PA location.




Discover Impactful Work:

This position will assist Project Managers by executing tasks that are critical to the completion of a packaging project. This individual will work with other groups as well to provide accurate completion of tasks in a timely manner.



A day in the Life:



  • Assist in the planning, organizing, and coordination of project activities

  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets

  • Collaborate with team members to determine project requirements and priorities

  • Generate reports and analyze data to support project decision-making

  • Communicate project updates and deliverables to all relevant parties


Keys to Success:
Education




  • High School Diploma required.

  • Associates degree preferred.


Experience



  • Shown experience in project management preferred.

  • Proficiency in project planning tools e.g. Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, etc. preferred.

  • Prefer Certification in Project Management by a recognized institution in project management preferred.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities



  • Strong ability to organize and manage time effectively

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational, planning, verbal, written and numerical skills with the ability to analyze and define solutions and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

  • Requires ability to develop strong customer management skills; proactively anticipates, understands, and responds to the needs of clients to meet or exceed their expectations.


Physical Requirements



The position is administrative, is positioned in an office environment and requires standing, bending, reaching, walking, and talking as well as exerting up to 20lbs of force occasionally.
