POSITION SUMMARY



BlueCrest is seeking a dynamic and innovative Software and Hardware Product professional with a passion for curiosity, innovation, and making a meaningful impact. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for new products, features, and business opportunities. Your insights and proactive approach will drive the evolution of our product offerings.



CORE RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Identify opportunities for products, product features, and new business opportunities by:

    • Gathering continuous feedback from internal and external clients.

    • Monitoring industry trends and translating them into technical and business requirements.

    • Adapting current products, services, and channels for growth.

    • Identifying partners that can offer new products/solutions, new services, or new sales channels.



  • Participate in the development and communication of the product vision of the company.

  • Work closely with product, sales, and research teams to prioritize and set the product agenda, synthesizing input from clients, sales, and the market to craft best-in-class solutions.

  • Identify features and assess their value for the client.

  • Ensure clear specifications and requirements for new product development.

  • Maintain the product roadmap.

  • Work alongside Product Marketing to support campaigns and develop event-driven opportunities.

  • Monitor the financial performance of the products and feature sets that you will manage.

  • Measure and evaluate product usage and its lifetime value to clients and the company.

  • Manage programs and projects.




KEY RELATIONSHIPS


This role will work closely with product, sales, and research teams to prioritize and set the product agenda. Engage with clients and market stakeholders to ensure our solutions are best-in-class.


  • Associate's or BA in technology preferred.

  • Experience in quantitative portfolio management, including knowledge of analytics, risk, performance attribution, and portfolio construction.

  • A minimum of 3 years in a product development or product management role.

  • 5+ years of experience in product development, or project management.

  • Knowledge of the production mail software & hardware industry or a similar industry.

  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, cloud-based deployment, and virtual machines (VMs).

  • Outstanding communication and consensus building skills. You're also comfortable taking ownership of projects and making decisions.

  • Ability to see the big picture and have an abstract discussion, while also being able to focus on details.

  • Solid technology grounding.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively across teams.

  • Passion for development

  • Data analysis skills and knowledge.
