Logistics Analyst III at MLT systems

Job Description:

At MLT, we create solutions by empowering our people to fulfill their passion for service. In support of a Marine Corps customer, we are seeking a Logistics Analyst III with experience in supporting DOD Federal acquisition programs; knowledge of policy/principles/organizational protocols.


The specific requirements and tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Develop, review, update and submit Fielding Plans, Distribution Plans, Distribution Messages, documentation supporting Independent Logistics Assessments, Life Cycle Sustainment plans, Sustainment Plan inputs to the Single Acquisition Management Plan, Naval Messages in support of HQMC I&L, and sourcing standardization in accordance with Tactical Combat Casualty Care guidelines.

• Track AAO and conduct TAMCN reconciliations in Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS) and inform the government of any identified issues.

• Prepare, submit, and manage Table of Organization and Equipment Change Requests (TOECRs) for TAMCN items.

• Coordinate, facilitate, and participate in modernization reviews of all Authorized Medical Allowance List (AMAL), Authorized Dental Allowance List (ADAL), and Medical Kits used for expeditionary operations per Marine Corps Order (MCO) 4400.201.

• Draft and update medical equipment related SL-3s, Technical Instructions (TIs), Supply Instructions (SIs), and Modification Instructions (MIs).

• Retrieve Approved Acquisition Objective (AAO) Table of Equipment data from TFSMS in support of Inventory Stocking Level and Deferred Items Plan workshops.

• Review, submit, and reconcile sourcing requests by region to DLA in support of AMAL/ADAL reviews.

• Track inventory of each MEDLOG’s medical material AAO at the TAMCN level.

• Reconcile monthly Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) system warehouse inventory reports against the Contractor Warehouse Support physical inventory reports and identify any discrepancies.

• Draft Class VIII Medical Business Process Narratives (BPNs) as they relate to the FSMAO Medical Logistics checklist.

• Track maintenance trends and report any maintenance issues/concerns.


Education/Experience:

• High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred.

• Preferred eight (8) years of related progressive professional work experience in Life-Cycle Logistics planning and management with a minimum of six (6) years of experience in at least two directly related technological areas, including experience in all phases of logistics acquisition and logistics planning.

• DAWIA, or professional accreditation preferred.


Specific Requirements:

Intermediate Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat.

• Working knowledge of Global Combat Support Systems – Marine Corps (GCSS-MC), TFSMS, DMLSS, Total Life Cycle Management-Operational Support Tool (TLCM-OST), Technical Data Management (TDM) Catalyst, FedLog, WEBFLIS

• Position may require the ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
