This role is responsible for deploying, automating, maintaining, monitoring, and supporting cloud solutions. This role facilitates the provisioning and migration of Saputo data to achieve business objectives, optimize costs, and achieve Saputo's cloud strategy.
How you will make contributions that matter...
Provision, and allocate underlying cloud infrastructure including compute and storage (e.g., provision VMs)
Provide input to / support design of cloud infrastructure
Provide L2 and L3 support related to Cloud Operations
(for Senior Analyst) Provide coaching to Analyst
Develop documentation regarding technical issues, maintenance, etc.
Translate business objectives into infrastructure and operational requirements
Maintain and monitor cloud infrastructure and operations security (e.g., authentication, IAM)
Monitor KPIs and ensure system availability requirements are met
Develop code or create infrastructure using code to support applications
Monitor usage on a regular basis and identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary costs
Support with producing and automating reporting on cloud usage
Support with developing and maintaining Saputo's cloud strategy & roadmap and driving adoption of cloud
Work with GOC to monitor KPIs and triage issues
You are best suited for the role if you...
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience
10 years' experience with IT operational processes
5 + years' experience in a Azure cloud environment (e.g., release and systems change management, incident management)
Detailed, hands-on experience with Azure Services based cloud platforms
Ability to deploy and manage Azure primitives (e.g., Management Groups, Subscriptions, Resource Groups and Tags), and Azure resources (Compute, Storage, Networking, PaaS)
Ability to protect and secure Azure resources using native Azure tools (Azure Backups, Azure Updates, Azure Monitor, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Security Center, etc)
Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator)
Experience working with a hybrid cloud / on-premises environment
Scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code expertise is a nice to have (e.g., Terraform)
Strong understanding of information/cloud security best practices
Experience installing and configuring various monitoring solutions
As part of his duties, the incumbent will have to communicate and collaborate in English, both orally and in writing with colleagues or other stakeholders in Quebec as well as in the rest of Canada or in North America.

Salary Range: $70,050 to $91,950
Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
