Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse



Duties & Responsibilities: Home Health Registered Nurse sought for 13 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 days, Monday-Friday. There may be 1-2 evenings on call requested if needed.



Minimum Requirements:

• OK or Compact RN license


• 1+ year Home Health experience within the past 3 years


• BLS


• OASIS experience required


• HCHB experience preferred
